Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are determined using the total cost of product purchased and calculated after the order has been invoiced. For more information, please info@myampd.com

Free Shipping Rate
Effective January 1, 2025, the minimum order value for free ground shipping
will be $350. Orders exceeding $350 qualify for free ground shipping.
Express Shipping
If you would like your order sooner and you’re in the continental United States, you can select an express or rush delivery at checkout.
Note: Express shipping is not covered under the free shipping policy and remains an additional cost regardless of order value.
Shipment Processing Time
We aim to ship all eligible orders placed by 3:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Delivery usually takes 1 to 6 business days based on your location. Once shipped, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier.
During busy times, there may be delays in
processing orders. We recommend planning ahead and allowing extra time for
delivery if needed. For order updates, feel free to reach out to us at info@myampd.com
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Invoices and associated tracking numbers can be accessed through your account at www.myampd.com. Final invoices and tracking numbers will likewise be emailed once the order has been picked up at our warehouse.
Refused Orders
If an order is refused at the delivery
address, the customer will be responsible for all associated charges, including
outbound shipping, return shipping, and a $25 restocking fee. These charges
cover handling, processing, and restocking costs associated with the returned
items.
Damages and Order Inaccuracies
AMPD Accessory Group is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact us at info@myampd.com within 3 days of delivery to file a claim.
For order inaccuracies, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Claims made after this timeframe will not be accepted.
To file a claim for damaged products or
inaccurate deliveries, you must save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
The carrier may also require photos of the damage for verification.
Returns and Restocking Fees
If you wish to return a product, the following conditions apply:
- Non-Defective Returns: Returns for products that are not damaged or defective are subject to a restocking fee of up to $50, plus the cost of return shipping. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If
the return is due to product damage or defects, no restocking fee will
be applied.
