Warranty and Return Policy
AMPD Accessories prides itself on customer service and satisfaction. We are focused on providing all of our valued customers with quality products. However, we do understand that there may be times that there could be manufacturer's defects in workmanship and materials. Therefore, we offer a Limited 90-day warranty for defective products.
AMPD Accessories offers a Limited 90-day warranty against defects in workmanship and materials on products shipped from our Columbus, OH warehouse. Exceptions do apply (see below).
What is not covered?
- Normal wear and tear from product use
- Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use
- Items under $1.00
- Brand exceptions (listed individually on product detail page, usually for OEM returns that should be directed to manufacturer)
- Special Orders
- Buyer's Remorse/Stock Balancing
How to File a Claim for Returns – Email Submission Steps:
Please simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
1. Your Company Name & Point of Contact Information
2. Your Sales Order Number
3. What Product Is It? Quantity/SKU
4. What was the problem? Please list in detail
Our Returns Team processes RMA requests in the order they arrive, please allow 2-3 business days for a response (approval/denial/more information requested) on all submissions
Once our Customer Service Returns Team receives your claim from above the necessary information, you will then be instructed on the next steps to complete the claim process. Please note customers are responsible for shipping charges on sending the defective item back to AMPD Accessories. During the evaluation process, our technicians will decide the approval status of the item based on our warranty guidelines as outlines above. This evaluation process usually takes 2-3 business days. For International orders, the customer is responsible for shipping and duty charges on the replacement. Thank you for your patience at this time. AMPD Accessories employees take pride in taking care of all their valued customers needs to make this process as fast and streamlined as possible.
· Once approved, you may ship your defective item to us with product arrival date no later than 15 days after issuance of RMA number. Please ensure that products are shipped only after an approved RMA number is issued via the two submission options outlined above. All approved returns should be sent to:

How do you process an RMA ?
- Defective items should be shipped to AMPD Accessories at the customer's expense with an approved RMA number. The RMA form must be included in the box along with the RMA number visible on the outside of each shipping container.
- RMA numbers provided will expire 15 days after issuance. Reapplication for RMA is required if the requested return items are still applicable to be returned per the outlined policy.
- All defective returns are inspected and tested by AMPD Accessories before a credit memo is issued. Any products returned that are not eligible for credit will be discarded.
- AMPD Accessories does not offer any cash refunds; a credit will be posted on the customer's account and can only be used for purchasing new merchandise and/or applied to an open balance, if applicable
